Yes, we can and will always verify the specific item and/or items you need with your insurance. We will inform you of any out of pocket cost to you prior to proceeding to order or fabricate.

Yes, if you are responsible for a substantial total amount, we are happy to work up a payment plan. If the services you are receiving are not covered by insurance we require ½ down prior to ordering or starting any fabrication. The remaining balance is required at time of delivery.

Yes, we will need an initial prescription to provide services. Your insurance will require a prescription along with documentation from your physician. But we can schedule an evaluation appointment without one.

You will need to be completely healed before being fitted for a breast prosthesis. Everyone heals differently, but the healing process is estimated to be around 4-6 weeks. Schedule an appointment with one of our certified mastectomy fitters to discuss post-surgical products you can wear immediately after surgery to help keep you comfortable and protected.

Most services we provide are covered by insurance. However, there are some services that are excluded from policies and others that require specific documentation prior to your appointment. We will always verify your insurance and inform you of coverage or any out of pocket expense prior to providing anything.

The evaluation is free. All charges that are incurred include office visits, fittings, adjustments and ordered products. Any questions, concerns, or any further actions will be discussed during the evaluation before proceeding with an appointment.

Depending on our practitioners’ schedules, time-to-time we may be able to see walk-in’s. However, to ensure the appropriate time and preparation for the specific services your needing we recommend scheduling an appointment.
